“This object isn’t available” or a query returns nothing
Upcells can only see objects and fields your Salesforce user has access to. If something’s missing, check your profile/permission sets in Salesforce — if you can’t see it there, Upcells can’t either.
A sync partially failed
Upcells writes in batches and reports each record’s result. If some rows failed, you’ll see exactly which ones and why (for example a required field left blank, or a picklist value that doesn’t exist in your org). Fix those rows in your file and re-sync — only the failed rows need to go again.
A picklist value was rejected
Restricted picklists only accept values defined in your org. Export to Excel rather than CSV and you’ll get real dropdowns that prevent invalid values in the first place. If you edited in CSV, check the value matches your org’s picklist exactly (including capitalisation).
Dates imported wrong (DD/MM vs MM/DD)
Set your date locale in Settings so Upcells reads ambiguous dates the way you intend, then re-import.
The AI model won’t download or is slow
The local model downloads once (a few GB) and needs enough free disk and RAM. Pick the recommended model for your hardware in the Accelerator setup. Once downloaded it runs offline.
My Salesforce session expired
That’s normal — Salesforce sessions time out. Click the reconnect banner in Upcells to sign back in. Your work isn’t lost.
